Speaker Coaching
Overview:
Leading Vietnam-based global EV-manufacturer VinFast prepared a substantial IPO together with its Wall Street-based Global Coordinators. It required senior managers beyond the C-Suite to organise a very detailed management presentations and a Factory site visit in Hai Fong for analysts and key stakeholders, including preparing to pitch to the US Government Secretary of Commerce, and subsequently to deliver shorter early-look Roadshow presentations. Our team worked to help prepare senior management on how to create and deliver with impact through individual and team coaching, as well as working closely with the Global Coordinators in how the slides and message structure could support the company’s ambitions. In the end, Vinfast shareholders opted to take the company public on August 15, 2023, via a SPAC deal listing on the Nasdaq, valuing the company at $23 billion.
