Leaders Meeting

Context:

Having assisted Verallia with their IPO in 2019, we were chosen to support them again in 2020, this time with the closing internal event of 2020 – the Leaders Meeting (reimagined as Progressing Digitally Together given the pandemic ultimately preventing a physical meeting). December 2020, Mediatree has helped Verallia organising their first fully digital internal annual Leaders meeting, reuniting 325 key members of their teams across 11 different countries. The event was streamed out from a studio in Paris where the management were able to present safely from. It was then streamed via an interactive platform to allow the participants to watch and engage with this important year end meeting.

Highlights:

Ran dual track physical and virtual preparations before choosing virtual. Worked with the Verallia team from May through December 2020 to deliver the event for them in spite of the global pandemic to deliver the first fully virtual Leaders Meeting in the company's history.
