Virtual AGM and LPAC 2020

Location:

Paris studio, Paris and London Offices and Attendees joining virtually

Format:

Management presenting live from studios/offices in Paris and London with attendees joining virtually via interactive video webcast platform. LPACs are anywhere between 2 and 5 times a year and are a 3 hour hybrid event with Live Q&A.

AGM Highlights:

Mediatree team managed to react to COVID-19 situation and completely switched from offline AGM to online minimising the client’s spend on the physical event’s cancellation policy. During the most demanding time of TV studios being occupied and last minute request and change to online format, Mediatree managed to provide several options of the studios in Paris and London and also was coordinating the video webcast platform during event’s preparation and on the day. Mediatree created a dedicated landing page for the event which was updated several times due to the client’s new branding policy.

LPAC Highlights:

For the last year, Mediatree team has been planning and coordinating all Zoom conference meetings for Astorg’s LPACs events. The production team was in charge of producing the branded backdrop for both locations and take care of all technical equipment for both London and Paris, coordinating the event on site: streaming, slides and all video and audio aspects of the event.

AGM Services:

Studios search and coordination, negotiation of the T&C and cancellation policies during lockdown period. Coordination of the virtual event, creation of the landing page, extensive production support, logistical support and event management, invitation management and RSVP management.
