Roadshow Desk:
The Roadshow Desk is responsible for centralising all information and updates into one master itinerary, updated in real time and distributed daily to all parties. Our desk is structured across the principal financial time zones that reflect the 24/7 operating requirements and destinations of our clients.
Advance Logistics:
The Advance Logistics Manager travels ahead of the team throughout the roadshow, finalising all the preparations before the managements’ arrival. We absorb all the usual headaches of check-in as well as adding the Mediatree touch so that our clients can get the most out of their downtime.
This Advance Logistics Manager also plays a critical role in setting up the group events alongside our production team to ensure they’re ready to start as soon as the management arrive.
Event Logistics:
For however you calibrate your event, the execution needs to be precise. The Logistics team develop detailed plans and schedules for all our clients’ events. During the pre-production phase, the team briefs the client on every aspect of the event providing clear and efficient recommendations for how to proceed. On the event day our clients find a team they know well and trust to carry out the execution behind the scenes.
Restaurant and Entertainment Coordination:
It’s important to recharge whilst you’re on the road. Our team also looks after your wellbeing and can help to organise your downtime through restaurant and entertainment bookings. We’ve organised a variety of activities for our clients including tickets to football cup finals, time in the paddock at F1 races, hikes, boat trips, seeing the latest exhibitions and dining in some of the world’s finest restaurants.
