Etalon Group PLC develops residential real estate in Russia. The Company develops large residential projects targeted toward the lower middle class and upper economy class markets. Etalon’s projects are located in the suburban or newly urbanised areas outside city centers and are integrated with social amenities such as kindergartens, schools and hospitals.

Mediatree supported Etalon Group during its IPO in 2011 raising $575 million.

Since then we have continued for the past 8 years to work with Etalon Group on all bi-annual non-deal roadshows and the organisation of all Capital Markets Days and AGMs

2020:

Capital Markets Day — Etalon Group Vision 2024: First virtual CMD in the company history and in Rusian real estate sector in general

Location: Moscow, Serebryany Fontan (Etalon Group development)

Format: 3 hour hybrid event with top management presenting from Etalon Group premises and attendees joining via interactive video webcast platform. First digital CMD in the company history

Features: Mediatree team was leading the first Etalon Group digital CMD, coordinating and managing the video webcast online using interactive video platform and on site. The production team produced the stage with the LED screen and branded backdrop, managed all video, lighting & sound of the event including simultaneous translation. Mediatree team also helped Etalon Group with the last minute creation of the corporate video in order to replace a physical site visit of on their development.

Strategy Day — Etalon Group internal strategy meeting with the main stakeholders and shareholders of the company

Location: Moscow, Serebryany Fontan (Etalon Group development)

Format: A full day event including site visit of one of Etalon Group development followed by plenary sessions and Q&As. The event was also live-streamed via a video webcast platform.

Features: Mediatree team was leading the second Etalon Group Strategy Day after the company buyout in 2019 by a Private equity Sistema: coordination of the venue, the catering, the marquee for the catering and lounge area, registration on site. The production team produced the stage with the LED screen and branded backdrop, managed all video, lighting & sound of the event including video webcast.
